Ilse joined the Maison a few months ago and quickly made her mark with her vibrant energy. A graduate in luxury marketing from ESSEC, she lived in China and Singapore before returning to Belgium to become our Key Account Manager. Passionate about travel, pastry, and proud of her Ghent roots, she is a true ambassador for Flanders. Under her leadership, we joined Voka, organized a team-building event in Ghent, and launched a growing running club. A daily ray of sunshine, and we wish her a long journey with us!

A graduate of the ALMA School of Culinary Arts and Pastry in Parma, Italy, Alessia has refined her skills in the pastry shops, restaurants, and hotels of various luxury establishments. In 2020, she joined Maison Pierre Marcolini in Belgium, starting in the cooking department, where she helped create ganaches and praline blends. Her curiosity and passion for learning quickly led her to the Research and Development department, the creative heart of the Maison. For the past three years, Alessia has been experimenting with new recipes and perfecting her craft. Every day, working alongside Creative Director Pierre Marcolini and Workshop Manager Chef Laurent Soenen, she continues to grow, drawing inspiration from their expertise and passion.

Arriving in October 2022, our multilingual talent Nadir is fluent in French, English, Italian, and also has basic knowledge of Arabic and Dutch. He took his first steps at the Woluwe shopping center, before moving to the flagship store at Sablon, and now works as a Team Leader at the Manufacture. Calm, composed in the face of challenges, and always attentive, he inspires both his colleagues and customers with his kindness and resilience. Passionate about football, chocolate, and deeply attached to the Maison, he embodies our young hope... You may soon encounter him in one of our international locations!

A graduate of HEC Paris with an MBA from Mexico, Jeanne has built an international career spanning Europe and Asia. She began in the advertising and media industry in France before moving to China, where she founded and led Publicis Luxe China as Executive Director. She joined Maison Pierre Marcolini eight years ago to launch the brand in China, which quickly became our third-largest market worldwide. She then took on the role of General Manager Asia, spearheading our regional expansion—most notably in Japan—before assuming leadership of the Pierre Marcolini Group in 2021. Known as "La Femme Chocolat," Jeanne is a results-driven yet deeply human leader, guiding with passion, excellence, and kindness

Originally from Madrid, our HR Business Partner joined Maison Pierre Marcolini six years ago as an operational HR support. Over the past two years, she has grown into the role of HR Business Partner. Known for her empathy and listening skills, she places people at the heart of her work. She fully embraces the values of our Maison regarding Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and has a strong interest in well-being, nature, and sustainable development.
