🎯 Freelance Mission – React Native / Node.js Developer

📍 Location: Hybrid (50% remote / 50% onsite)

💼 Context: A modern, tech-driven bank is currently undergoing a digital transformation to improve customer experience through a shift towards microservices and domain-driven architecture. The mobile team plays a key role in this evolution.

🔧 Role & Responsibilities

You’ll be part of a dedicated feature team for the mobile channel, responsible for continuously evolving a mobile banking app. Your day-to-day will include:

• Designing and building new features in the mobile app using React Native.
• Supporting mobile features with backend development in Node.js / TypeScript.
• Translating business requirements into technical user stories and robust, scalable code.
• Working in a Scrum-based agile team, collaborating closely with developers, testers, product owners, analysts, DevOps, etc.
• Taking part in agile ceremonies: planning, stand-ups, demos, retrospectives.

🧠 Profile

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in software development.
• Strong hands-on experience with React Native (including styled-components, performance, best practices).
• Solid knowledge of Node.js with TypeScript for backend development.
• Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative agile team.
• Analytical mindset and ability to turn business needs into technical solutions.

✅ Tech Stack

Frontend:

• React Native (main expertise required)
• React.js (nice to have)
• JavaScript / TypeScript

Backend:

• Node.js with TypeScript
• Modern ORMs (e.g., TypeORM)
• RESTful API design (OpenAPI / Swagger)

Bonus points:

• Native mobile development (Android/iOS)
• Experience with microservices architecture
• React Navigation & mobile performance optimization
• Integration of native modules in React Native apps
