Junior Second Line Support Technician
الوصف الوظيفي
- Azure Management – Maintain and optimize the company's Azure tenant, oversee updates, security, and compliance.
- IT Service Support – Act as the first point of contact for IT-related issues, manage tickets, and escalate as needed.
- Collaboration & Documentation – Work closely with the IT Asset Manager, document infrastructure, and improve processes.
- Security & Compliance – Ensure adherence to best practices in security, ITSM, and application integration.
- Education: Bachelor's in IT or equivalent experience.
- Technical Skills: Experience with Microsoft Azure, ServiceNow, ITSM frameworks (ITIL), network diagrams, and security principles.
- Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, structured documentation, teamwork, and communication abilities.
- Languages: Fluent in English (Dutch/French is a plus).
- Certifications (Preferred): Microsoft Azure Administrator, ITIL, Security+ (or equivalent).
