• You act as the “right-hand” of your clients and serve as a trusted advisor.

• As an expert, you provide professional advice on various topics related to labor and social security law.

• You offer support during social inspections and social audits.

• You work closely with other legal professionals, tax specialists, and payroll experts.

• Ideally, you hold a master's degree in law or economics, or have equivalent experience.

• You have at least 10 years of experience as:

* a lawyer and wish to work in a more pragmatic and proactive way for your clients

* an advisor or consultant on social and legal matters

* an in-house HR lawyer and wish to work with more diverse clients and colleagues from various disciplines

• You have a passion for social law topics within an international context.

• You possess strong communication, administrative, and organizational skills.

• You work with precision and attention to detail.

• You can interpret legal texts and technical jargon, translating them into clear and practical advice.
