- Manage the daily performance of the sales team
- Coaching direct reports in sales strategy, pipeline management and opportunity management
- Engage, motivate and inspire our local sales team, with a focus on inclusivity
- Actively participate in the management of all aspects of our customer acquisition strategy.
- Achieve quarterly and annual growth targets.
- Provide an accurate forecast of sales results and continuous management of sales activity.
- Create a customer-centric culture and ensure a sales process that establishes customer sustainability and a healthy customer-centric ethic.
- Monitor team attendance (time and attendance, performance, etc.).
- Develop and execute strategic development plans.
- Punctual team training.
- Participate in interviews to recruit new team members.
- Take responsibility for the team's sales activities in the sales systems: Hubspot, Dialpad, Pandadoc, etc.
- Experience managing a sales team with an established track record
- Experience in identifying prospective clients through various marketing channels
- Success in selling in B2B market and exceeding revenue targets
- Proficient in English and French (oral and written)
- Coaching skills
- Experience developing sales strategies
- Ability to create and maintain a healthy sales culture
- Comfortable managing changes, continuous improvement mindset
