Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to understand and prioritize system requirements, balancing diverse perspectives and business objectives.
- Work closely with internal teams, including analysts and designers, to ensure the proposed features meet user needs while remaining technically feasible within existing systems.
- Document features as user stories and conduct detailed reviews with development teams to prepare for implementation and quality testing. Collect feedback through prototypes or pilot programs with select users to validate proposed solutions.
- Support the rollout of new features by coordinating communication and training efforts, ensuring users understand and adopt the updates to meet their operational needs effectively.
This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and coordination skills to bridge the gap between user requirements and technical delivery, driving the continuous improvement of software solutions in a dynamic environment.
Your profile :
- Min 3 years' experience in the insurance sector
- Great affinity with stakeholder management
- Fluent in French, Dutch and English
- Knowledge of Agile
- Knowledge of JIRA
