Missions principales :

Le candidat sélectionné sera chargé de diriger la direction commerciale d'une filiale d'un grand groupe spécialisée dans la vente d'engins industriels (BTP, Mines, Agriculture et Véhicules Légers).


Responsabilités Principales :

    • Élaborer et mettre en œuvre une stratégie commerciale alignée sur les objectifs de la filiale.
    • Identifier les opportunités de croissance et développer des plans pour augmenter les ventes.
    • Superviser l'équipe de vente et les activités liées aux engins industriels dans les secteurs du BTP, de la Mine et de l'Agriculture.
    • Définir des objectifs de vente, suivre les performances et élaborer des plans d'amélioration.
    • Établir et entretenir des relations avec les clients existants.
    • Prospecter de nouveaux clients et développer un portefeuille solide.
    • Participer aux négociations clés avec les clients et conclure des contrats avantageux pour la filiale.
    • Effectuer une veille concurrentielle pour rester informé des tendances du marché et ajuster la stratégie en conséquence.
    • Préparer des rapports réguliers sur les performances de vente et fournir des analyses pertinentes à la direction.

Profil Requis :

  • BAC +5 en Commerce, Marketing ou domaine connexe.
  • Expérience significative en tant que Directeur Commercial, idéalement dans le secteur des engins industriels ou véhicules légers
  • Excellentes compétences en leadership et en gestion d'équipe.
  • Forte aptitude à la négociation et au closing de deals.
  • Connaissance approfondie des secteurs BTP, Mine et Agriculture.
  • Orientation vers les résultats et capacité à atteindre les objectifs de vente.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles.
  • La maitrise de la langue anglaise est un plus
