Are you ready to play a key role in a fast-growing international company expanding across the Middle East and Asia? We’re looking for a sharp, autonomous, and solutions-driven Export Logistics Officer to join our dynamic team and support our global development ambitions — from Doha to Tokyo, and beyond.

As part of our international logistics operations, you will be at the heart of the action: coordinating flows, managing shipments, ensuring smooth export processes, and optimizing delivery timelines — all while collaborating with a diverse network of internal teams, clients, and partners across borders.

🚀 Your Main Missions

• Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics operations (repatriation, warehousing, distribution) — both on the ground (picking, quality control, dispatch checks) and administratively.
• Manage international shipments (UK, Qatar, Japan, Canada…) and ensure compliance with local customs and transport regulations.
• Handle export documentation and administrative formalities from A to Z.
• Liaise daily with freight forwarders, carriers, and suppliers to guarantee seamless logistics flows.
• Monitor KPIs and propose smart, cost-effective improvements to boost supply chain performance.
• Ensure compliance with international safety and transport regulations.

🧭 Who You Are

• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Experience in logistics is a must; international export experience is a strong asset.
• Solid knowledge of customs procedures and international transport documentation.
• Comfortable using ERP/WMS/TMS tools – Odoo experience is a bonus!
• Fluent in English (daily communication with international partners).
• Highly organized, proactive, and able to work independently while keeping your manager informed.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment and solve operational challenges with agility.
