Verbiest David — Senior SAP and Pre-Sales Consultant

At first glance, David Verbiest has an atypical background, no technical degree but gradually ended up in IT. His motivation and willingness to learn, makes him a very experienced SAP Basis engineer. He recently combined his position as Technical Expert with pre-sales consultancy.


Verberckmoes Marnix — Managing Director

Marnix has a financial background and has already built up a lot of experience as a CFO in the IT services and infrastructure sector. As a people manager with a strong international and multicultural background, he leads the oXya entities in the Benelux, UK, Denmark and Spain.


Custers Pieter — Team Lead

Pieter Custers started at oXya as SAP BC Consultant and is now leading a team of technical specialists. In this role, he leads and organizes a team of 6 to 8 IT experts, based on customer needs, ensuring the timely service delivery of projects. Besides managing his team, he is participating in more complex technical upgrades and migration projects, which ensures an up-to-date hands-on technical knowledge.


De Koninck Martine — Office Manager

Martine De Koninck relieves her colleagues of worries by doing a lot of work behind the scenes: accounting, fleet and personnel management, facilities, team events, ... always with the well-being of her colleagues in mind.

About oXya Benelux nv

oXya is an international company that offers managed cloud services and technical consulting for business critical applications, including SAP. oXya provides high-quality, on-shore technical support and ensures the client’s business-critical systems are in good hands.

oXya has locations worldwide and employs more than 900 IT experts. The oXya Benelux team - about 45 employees - services its customers remotely from its offices, which are located in Kortrijk and in Haasrode (Leuven).

Recruitment process

  • Introduction call

    Open discussion with Manager/HR to check if expectations of candidates are in line with the opportunities oXya can offer.

  • Technical call

    The team leads delve deeper into the candidate's technical knowledge.

  • Test

    Optionally, a personality and learning ability test will be taken.

  • Follow-up call

    Does the candidate have any questions/concerns? If also positive, a proposal is worked out.
