• Génération de leads : Identifier et qualifier des clients potentiels grâce à la recherche, aux actions de prospection et au networking afin de constituer un pipeline solide d'opportunités de vente.
• Outils de prospection : Utiliser des outils comme LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot et Outreach.io pour se connecter efficacement avec les prospects et suivre les interactions.
• Automatisation marketing : Collaborer avec notre équipe marketing pour utiliser des outils d'automatisation tels que Mailchimp, Salesforce Pardot ou Marketo afin de nourrir les leads et optimiser les stratégies d'engagement.
• Collaboration : Travailler en étroite collaboration avec Ornella, notre Talent Solutions Engineer, pour développer des stratégies personnalisées afin d'engager les clients potentiels et de mettre en avant la valeur unique de Wiggli.
• Développement de relations : Établir et entretenir des relations solides avec les clients potentiels, comprendre leurs besoins et les aligner avec les solutions proposées par Wiggli.
• Analyse de marché : Rester informé des tendances du secteur, des dynamiques du marché et du paysage concurrentiel afin de positionner efficacement les offres de Wiggli.
• Gestion du processus de vente : Suivre et gérer toutes les interactions avec les clients potentiels à l'aide de notre système CRM, en assurant un processus de vente fluide depuis la prospection jusqu’à la conclusion.
What duties will be assigned to you?
- Experience: Proven experience in sales or a similar field, ideally in HR technology, recruitment, or staffing.
- Experience: Experience in recruitment or SaaS is required.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proactive & Motivated: Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed goals.
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using modern sales and marketing tools, including prospecting and automation platforms.
- Cultural Fit: Align with our "work hard, play hard" philosophy and demonstrate a passion for innovation and collaboration.
