With fifteen years of experience in the financial sector, Félix began his career as a financial auditor at a BIG4 firm before transitioning to consulting. His portfolio includes private banks, retail banks, wealth managers, and insurers. A former Group Head of Financial Planning & Analysis at a renowned private bank, he now serves as a Principal at Square Management.

He specializes in finance and regulatory affairs, leading the Finance Risk Regulatory & Compliance Practice, which consists of around twenty consultants.

Charles-Antoine has been working in the insurance sector for ten years, is a passionate sportsman, and has two daughters. He lives in Brussels and strives every day with enthusiasm and determination to find a balance between his professional and personal life.

Céline, 28 years old, holds a master's degree in Business Management earned through a joint program at ICHEC, Solvay, and UCL in Brussels. Passionate about the financial sector, she joined Square Management as a Manager. She focuses on company development and supporting talents and clients in their transformation projects. Energetic, enthusiastic, and cheerful, Céline is also passionate about kitesurfing and traveling.
