Descriptif du poste
The Service Engineer is responsible for carrying out technical interventions at customers, focusing on maintenance and repairs of production lines in the food and beverage industry. This role also includes installing new equipment and providing technical support to customers.
- Performing maintenance and repair work on installations.
- Installing new machines and equipment.
- Supporting customers with technical recommendations and training.
- Handling technical requests through the planning department.
- Preparing administrative reports after interventions.
- Problem-solving based on customer technical inquiries.
- Collaborating with experienced colleagues for technical support.
Hard Skills
- Completed Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Sciences, Electricity, Mechanics, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in technical maintenance within an industrial environment.
- Proficiency in technical reporting and documentation.
- English on expert level
Soft Skills
- Problem-solving ability and critical thinking.
- Effective communication with customers and team members.
- Independence in work with an organized approach.
