If you have received a CV via email and would like to include it in your recruitment process, you have two options based on your preferred approach to managing candidates:
Option 1: Add the candidate and notify him to activate their account:
✅ Add the candidate's information and attach their CV to the platform.
✅ Notify the candidate about this and encourage him to activate his account on the platform.
✅ By activating their account, the candidate will be able to engage in seamless communication and exchanges with you directly within the platform.
Option 2: Add the candidate directly to your recruitment process:
✅ Add the candidate's information and attach their CV to the platform without requiring them to have an account.
✅ You can choose to include detailed information about the candidate's profile as well.
Both options offer flexibility in managing candidates within the recruitment process.
