About the job
Tribe Product Owner Data & AI (Chief of Staff, Data Leadership)
- Orchestrate strategic alignment across 150+ data professionals and business stakeholders by bridging technical data teams with business units and mediating priorities, resources, and timelines.
- Co-develop data & AI strategy together with the VP Data & AI, crafting compelling narratives that secure organizational buy-in and drive budget approval for data initiatives.
- Drive operational cadence by managing long-term planning processes, overseeing workforce and budget allocations, facilitating regular QBRs, and coordinating leadership off-sites to keep initiatives on track.
- Accelerate impact delivery by ensuring the right expertise is brought together promptly, enabling AI innovation to move efficiently from concept to realized business value.
Scope & Objectives:
- Strategic Planning: Transform complex business needs into actionable data & AI roadmaps that support company goals.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage diverse stakeholders, mediate interests effectively, and maintain alignment on key projects and objectives.
- Financial Analysis: Guide the allocation and tracking of resources to maximize ROI on data & AI initiatives.
- Project Management: Oversee projects from initiation to execution, ensuring delivery within scope and timelines.
- Board & Meeting Management: Prepare content and manage cadence for senior leadership meetings and workshops.
- Leadership & People Management: Coordinate collaborative work across cross-functional teams and help set the tempo for team effectiveness.
Languages used daily: English (fluent); Dutch and French (business level are a plus).

- Relationship Builder: Adept at engaging business and technical stakeholders, mediating competing needs, and rapidly convening the right voices to transform vision into real-world impact.
- Operational Maestro: Highly organized and decisive, experienced in long-term planning, budgeting, governance, and steering routines that keep the strategic tempo in harmony.
- Leadership & Adaptability: Shows proven success in people management, navigating dynamic environments with resilience, creativity, and steady leadership—even under pressure.
