About the job
We are currently looking for a profile of Presales Engineer to work for one of our clients in Brussels.
Your mission :
- Customizing tailored solutions that address client challenges
- Collaborating with the sales, technical and product teams to translate the clients needs to IT and non-IT stakeholders
- Suggesting adapted solutions of the company that answers all the client needs
- Ensuring a great documentation regarding the scope and technical aspects
- Providing feedback regarding the internal processes, tools and methodologies regarding to presales activities
Your profile :
- Fluent in French and Dutch
- Certification in CCDA (cisco) and Fortinet
- Great understanding network security protocol, firewalls, VPNs...
- Great communication and presentation skills
- Autonomous, customer focused and team player
