GENTIS is een gespecialiseerd bureau dat zich toelegt op het rekruteren van professionals binnen Engineering, Finance, IT, Logistics & Supply Chain, dit voor diverse bedrijven.
Ik ga op zoek naar een ervaren Quality Manager voor een dynamisch bedrijf in de chemische sector. Ben jij een expert in kwaliteitsprocessen en heb je een passie voor innovatie en veiligheid? Dan is dit dé uitdaging voor jou!
Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:
- Ontwikkelen en implementeren van kwaliteitsbeleid volgens nationale en internationale normen (ISO, GMP, etc.).
- Coördineren van interne audits en begeleiden van externe audits.
- Zorgen voor naleving van wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van kwaliteit, veiligheid en milieu.
- Continue verbetering van productieprocessen om de kwaliteit van producten te waarborgen.
- Samenwerken met verschillende afdelingen zoals R&D, productie en supply chain om kwaliteitsdoelstellingen te behalen.
- Begeleiden en trainen van het kwaliteitsteam.
- Rapporteren aan het management en adviseren over kwaliteitsgerelateerde kwesties.
Jouw profiel:
- Je hebt een diploma in chemische technologie, kwaliteitsmanagement of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Minimaal 4 jaar ervaring in een kwaliteitsrol
- Grondige kennis van kwaliteitsstandaarden en -systemen.
- Ervaring met audits en certificeringen (bijv. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, etc.).
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en oog voor detail.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en leiderschapskwaliteiten.
