About the job
Momenteel ben ik opzoek voor een goede klant van mij naar een projectleider HVAC. De klant is een Belgisch bedrijf dat zich specialiseert in industriële warmteoplossingen. Ze bieden diensten zoals installatie en onderhoud van stoom- en thermische olieketels, warmtekrachtkoppelingssystemen en HVAC-installaties voor diverse sectoren. Hierbij focussen ze zich op duurzame en efficiënte oplossingen.
Functieomschrijving:
Als gedreven projectleider HVAC, ben jij het aanspreekpunt van verschillende projecten, vanaf de conceptuele fase tot de oplevering. Je speelt een sleutelrol op technisch, commercieel, contractueel, en financieel gebied, dit alles voor diverse installaties in zowel de industrie als utiliteit.
Uw dagelijkse taken:
- Je bent het aanspreekpunt voor alle betrokken partijen van uw projecten
- Je werkt tijdens het project nauw samen met projectingenieurs, design ingenieurs, leveranciers, onderaannemers
- Je brieft de werfleiders en zelf ben je ook regelmatig op de werf aanwezig
- Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor de nacalculatie, opvolging van de oplevering en debriefing
- Je hebt een hogere opleiding met uitgebreide kennis van elektromechanica en HVAC.
- Je beschikt over minimaal 4 à 5 jaar relevante ervaring.
- Je hebt een sterk technisch analysevermogen en coördineert gestructureerd.
- Hartelijkheid, openheid, gedrevenheid en betrouwbaarheid zijn jouw kerneigenschappen.
- Je weet projecten binnen de vooropgestelde budgetten en tijdspannes te engineeren.
- Je communiceert vlot en kunt autonoom werken.
- Je beheerst Nederlands, Frans en Engels en bent vaardig met MS Office.
- Kennis van AutoCAD, Inventor of StabiCAD is een pluspunt.
