𝗙𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲 | 𝗦𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗲𝘂𝗿 𝗜𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗹 | 𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗮
𝗥𝗼̂𝗹𝗲 :
- Assurer la conformité fiscale de l’entreprise en analysant et en appliquant les réglementations locales et internationales.
- Élaborer les déclarations fiscales (TVA, IS, IR) et veiller à leur dépôt dans les délais légaux.
- Conseiller la direction sur les stratégies fiscales optimisées afin de minimiser la charge fiscale dans le respect de la loi.
- Suivre les évolutions réglementaires et mettre en œuvre les adaptations nécessaires pour l’entreprise.
𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗮𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗲́𝘀 :
- Préparer et superviser l’ensemble des déclarations fiscales de l’entreprise et de ses filiales.
- Identifier les risques fiscaux potentiels et proposer des mesures de mitigation.
- Effectuer des analyses fiscales pour les projets et investissements, en évaluant les impacts financiers.
- Maintenir des relations avec les administrations fiscales et gérer les éventuels contrôles ou audits fiscaux.
- Établir un reporting fiscal régulier pour la direction et assurer la veille réglementaire.
