As a Business Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing client applications on our portal. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to understand and translate requirements into practical solutions.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing client needs related to applications on our portal.
- Translating client requirements into clear and achievable specifications.
- Collaborating with internal development teams to design innovative and out-of-the-box solutions.
- Actively contributing to the improvement and expansion of existing applications.
- Bridging the gap between technical teams and clients, ensuring that the developed solutions meet expectations.
Your profile includes:
- At least three years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the field of client applications.
- Excellent communication skills, allowing effective interaction with technical teams and clients.
- An innovative mindset, unafraid to explore new approaches.
- Experience in preparing detailed specifications for development teams.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and flexible work practices.
