Voor onze afdeling Logistiek & Supply Chain zoeken we een ervaren Warehouse Manager:


Als Warehouse Manager zul je verantwoordelijk zijn voor het efficiënt beheren en coördineren van alle operaties in het magazijn van een volledig geautomatiseerde hoogbouwvriezer. Je speelt een cruciale rol bij het waarborgen van de effectieve werking van het magazijn, vanaf de ontvangst van goederen tot de verzending van afgewerkte producten. Je zult een team van magazijnmedewerkers leiden en ervoor zorgen dat operationele doelstellingen worden behaald.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:


  • Leiding geven en motiveren van het team van magazijnmedewerkers.
  • Effectief beheren van inkomende goederen, opslag en uitgaande zendingen, in samenwerking met andere afdelingen.
  • Optimaliseren van magazijnprocessen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.
  • Zorgen voor nauwkeurig voorraadbeheer en rapportage.
  • Waarborgen van een veilige, dynamische en klantgerichte magazijnomgeving.
  • Samenwerken met andere afdelingen om algemene operationele doelstellingen te bereiken.
  • Opstellen en volgen van prestatie- en schaderapporten.
  • Optimaliseren van operationele processen in overleg met externe leveranciers, transporteurs, klanten en het hoofdkantoor.

Jouw ideale achtegrond:


  • Je hebt een masterdiploma in logistiek of een vergelijkbare ervaring.
  • Aantoonbare ervaring als magazijnmanager of in een vergelijkbare leidinggevende functie.
  • Uitstekend personeelsbeheer en goede communicatieve vaardigheden.
  • Kennis van logistieke beheersystemen is een vereiste.
  • Goede analytische en probleemoplossende vaardigheden.
  • Vloeiend in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Kennis van ERP-systemen (SAP).
