Als Technical Services Manager zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor:

·        de optimale werking van alle technische installaties.

·        het bepalen van de onderhoudsstrategie binnen internationale standaarden.

·        een goede samenwerking tussen techniekers, technische experten en planners.

·        coaching en begeleiding van bovenstaande mensen.

·        de ondersteuning vanuit jouw expertise van het transformatieplan.

·        het budget van de technische dienst.

Naar wie zijn we op zoek?

·        Hard skills

o   Masterdiploma in een technische richting of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.

o   10 jaar ervaring binnen een productieomgeving binnen onderhoud.

o   Sterke multidisciplinaire technische kennis.

o   Ervaring met het managen en opvolgen van projecten.

o   Perfecte beheersing van het Nederlands, andere talen zijn een plus.

 

·        Softs kills

o   Leidinggevende vaardigheden.

o   Flexibel naar werktijden toe.

o   Oplossingsgericht en analytisch denken.
