  • Je neemt deel aan de kwalificatie van relevante materialen, diensten en equipment
  • Je toetst de demand op een kritische, maar correcte manier af
  • Marktonderzoek en het zoeken en bepalen van gepaste leveranciers behoort ook tot jouw pakket, alsook het onderhoud van de PSL.
  • Je screent én evalueert je leveranciers op basis van service, kwaliteit, betrouwbaarheid, solvabiliteit, energy rating, productie- en distributiecapaciteit
  • Je schrijft tenders uit en volgt bid proposals op die je uitwerkt tot de beste commerciële uitkomst voor de klant in overeenstemming met de geldende voorwaarden


  • Last but not least verbind je jezelf ertoe om je zo snel mogelijk als expert binnen jouw domein op te werpen door proactief je kennis te vergroten over de betreffende productgroepen en -details

Opleiding


  • Je hebt een achtergrond als ingenieur of relevante Bachelorstudies afgerond (Wetenschappen, Economie en/of Business)
  • Je kan vlot onderhandelen in het NL + ENG, maar elke bijkomstige taal is een mogelijke plus


Ervaring


  • Idealiter heb je uitgebreide ervaring als technisch aankoper/contract manager met relevante productkennis
  • Een goede kennis van (technisch) equipment, materialen en diensten in een productieomgeving, alsook de bijhorende wettelijke bepalingen
  • Je hebt reeds een eigen netwerk van leveranciers binnen jouw domein van expertise
  • Je beschikt over een goede kennis van Microsoft Office en SAP (voornamelijk MM)

  • Sterke zin voor onderhandelen, een proactieve en hands-on aanpak
  • Entrepreneurial met een uitstekende zin om relaties te bouwen
  • Uitstekend stakeholder management wat vereist is voor een (vaak) dynamische project scope
  • Flexibele teamspeler met een oog voor detail om kansen aan te grijpen om de processen te verbeteren waar nodig
