We zoeken vandaag naar een teamleader voor de Transportafdeling voor een internationale vervoerdersfirma.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:


  • Je stuurt een team aan van 4 ervaren medewerkers.
  • Je coördineert de import / exportzendingen samen met jouw team.
  • Je onderhoudt de contacten met hun klanten, hun partners en hun vervoerders.
  • Samen met het salesteam sta je in voor de verdere commerciële ontwikkeling van de activiteiten van en naar Spanje, Portugal en Griekenland.
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de P&L van de afdeling.
  • Je hebt enkele jaren ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie en beschikt over een gezonde dosis ambitie.
  • Je bent een echte people manager die zijn team weet te motiveren en tot een hoger niveau te brengen.
  • Je bent communicatief, stressbestendig en functioneert goed binnen een dynamische en drukke omgeving.
  • Je bent een goede organisator.
  • Voor het te woord staan van hun klanten en partners is een vlotte kennis (gesproken en geschreven) van Nederlands én Frans een vereiste. Kennis van andere talen is een plus.
