Nous recherchons un Technicien Support enthousiaste et passionné par les technologies IT, avec un fort intérêt pour les activités liées au Workplace et à l’Helpdesk.



  • Fournir un support de première et deuxième ligne par téléphone, mail ou en personne.
  • Filtrage actif, gestion, coordination et suivi des demandes de service IT.
  • Assister les utilisateurs de manière générale, y compris les tablettes, smartphones, etc., via tous nos moyens de communication tels que téléphone, mail, IT corner, Yammer, etc.
  • Identifier, suivre et résoudre les incidents matériels et logiciels affectant les utilisateurs finaux.
  • Assurer la gestion des actifs des postes de travail.
  • Être capable de maîtriser, configurer et installer les postes de travail.
  • Préparer une documentation de support précise et en temps opportun lorsque nécessaire.
  • Contribuer activement aux projets liés au Workplace.
  • Coordonner l'assistance technique pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels avec les fournisseurs de services internes et externes.
  • Collaborer avec les fournisseurs externes pour garantir la livraison selon les normes et délais convenus.
  • Conseiller sur l'architecture des postes de travail et mobiles (conceptuel).
  • Être un acteur des projets d'innovation et d'amélioration.



Compétences Techniques:


  • Systèmes d'exploitation: Windows 10, 11, Mac OS
  • Outils: Office 365, Active Directory, PowerShell
  • Compétences en dépannage
  • Expérience en support de proximité et hotline
  • Support des services mobiles (smartphone, tablette et systèmes de gestion des appareils mobiles)
  • Expérience en support IT VIP
  • Connaissance de l'ITIL

  • Excellentes compétences en communication et capacité à travailler de manière autonome

  • Fort intérêt pour les tendances technologiques IT

  • Capacité à prendre des initiatives

  • Capacité à travailler sous pression
  • Fiabilité et ponctualité


Nous recherchons un(e) technicien(ne) motivé(e) et passionné(e) par les technologies IT, qui contribuera activement au support et aux projets Workplace.


La maîtrise de l'anglais est obligatoire pour ce poste.
