Pour le compte d'un partenaire spécialisé dans la réalisation de projets de construction industrielle d'envergure, nous sommes à la recherche de quatre (4) profils de Superviseurs HSE expérimentés et autonomes.


Objectif du Poste :

En tant que spécialiste HSE, votre rôle est de soutenir les équipes sur le terrain pour mener à bien le projet de manière saine, sécurisée et respectueuse de l'environnement, conformément au programme HSE de la société et aux réglementations locales.

Principales Responsabilités :


  • Mise en œuvre du Programme HSE : Assurer la mise en place du programme HSE de la société (SPA, SOR, TMT, PTW, RHA, etc.).
  • Conformité des Formations et Compétences : Surveiller la conformité aux exigences de formation et de compétences, y compris les licences, certifications, et introductions HSE.
  • Rapports HSE : Produire des rapports HSE quotidiens, hebdomadaires et mensuels.
  • Surveillance des Normes HSE : Assurer la conformité aux normes HSE, y compris celles du client, effectuer des visites et inspections de terrain programmées, recommander et suivre les actions correctives.
  • Support Technique : Fournir un support technique et procédural pour les enquêtes sur les incidents.
  • Audit du Programme HSE : Auditer le programme HSE du site pour déterminer les niveaux de conformité.
  • Communication HSE : Communiquer les rapports HSE aux parties prenantes (client, la société, sous-traitants).
  • Réunions HSE : Animer les réunions HSE à intervalles réguliers.
  • Coordination HSE : Coordonner la communication des questions HSE au niveau du projet.

Profil recherché:

  • Diplôme technique ou licence en Hygiène, Sécurité, Environnement (HSE) ou équivalent.
  • Solide expertise technique dans les domaines de la santé, de la sécurité et de l'environnement.
  • Expérience sur sites industriels et sur des projets d'envergure dans les domaines de l'industrie lourde ou de la construction, du génie civil.
  • Expérience spécifique dans un poste de Superviseur HSE pendant au moins 4 ans.
  • Connaissance approfondie des réglementations HSE et des meilleures pratiques industrielles.
