As a Senior Industrial Maintenance Director, the primary mission is to oversee the maintenance operations across multiple industrial sites or installations in a safe, efficient, and effective manner. The central objective is to strategically guide a complete maintenance team toward achieving organizational goals.


Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with EHS policies within the organization.
  • Provide industrial expertise and mentor employees on installation processes.
  • Oversee budgets and costs comprehensively.
  • Utilize a leadership model to motivate employees to achieve professional and business objectives.
  • Ensure understanding of missions, business objectives, and performance standards.
  • Develop and implement short and long-term maintenance strategies for installations.
  • Provide feedback, solutions, and participate in the development of future maintenance contracts.
  • Deploy and supervise contractual commitments with the company and clients.
  • Promote strategic leadership to establish a maintenance culture encouraging continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other members of the organization to achieve common goals, enhance performance, and seize new opportunities.

Qualifications :

  • Engineering degree, or equivalent in construction or engineering (mechanical, civil, electrical, or equivalent).
  • At least 20 years of overall experience, including 15 years in maintenance management in heavy industry.
  • An advanced degree in business such as an MBA would be a plus.
  • Solid understanding of industrial operations.
  • In-depth technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in English is a significant advantage for this position.
  • Team management: Successful experience in leading and improving team performance.
  • Strategic leadership: Ability to guide maintenance operations toward organizational objectives.
