Onze klant, onderdeel van een grotere bouwgroep, is gespecialiseerd in wegenis- en rioleringswerken, afbraakwerken en asbestverwijdering, grond- en saneringswerken. Doordat ze zich specialiseren in verschillende vakdomeinen kunnen ze de volledige coördinatie van het project verzorgen. Aangezien ze deel uitmaken van een grotere groep zijn ze ook een gevestigde waarde in de markt en hebben ze een uitstekende reputatie. Ze specialiseren zich dan ook in grote industriële of openbare projecten.

  • Uitbreiden en onderhouden van een netwerk van projectontwikkelaars, steden, gemeentes, architecten, studiebureaus en andere voorschrijvers.
  • Opmaken en opvolgen van offertes in overleg met het inhouse studiebureau.
  • Je denkt mee met de klant en biedt een echte meerwaarde aan hen.


Momenteel zoekt onze klant een nieuwe Sales Manager. Als Sales Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige commerciële luik. Op termijn kunnen hier leidinggevende taken bijkomen naarmate het bedrijf groeit.

  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld.
  • Je hebt 5 jaar ervaring in een bouwtechnische omgeving.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands.
  • Ervaring in de wereld van afbraakwerken en grondwerken is een grote plus.
