What do we expect from you as a representative at Wiggli?


Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential clients through research, prospecting, and networking actions to build a strong sales pipeline.

Prospecting Tools: Use tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, and Outreach.io to connect effectively with prospects and track interactions.

Marketing Automation: Collaborate with our marketing team to leverage automation tools such as Mailchimp, Salesforce Pardot, or Marketo to nurture leads and optimize engagement strategies.

Collaboration: Work closely with Ornella, our Talent Solutions Engineer, to develop tailored strategies for engaging potential clients and highlighting Wiggli’s unique value.

Relationship Development: Establish and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and align them with Wiggli's solutions.

Market Analysis: Stay informed of industry trends, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to position Wiggli’s offerings effectively.

Sales Process Management: Track and manage all interactions with potential clients using our CRM system, ensuring a smooth sales process from prospecting to closing.

To accomplish the tasks of a sales representative, you have:


Proven Sales Experience: A solid background in sales or a similar field, ideally in HR technology, recruitment, or staffing sectors.

Language Skills: Proficiency in French and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proactive & Motivated: Self-driven with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets.

Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with modern sales and marketing tools, including prospecting and automation platforms.

Cultural Fit: Aligned with our “work hard, play hard” philosophy, demonstrating a passion for innovation and collaboration.
