We are actively looking for an experienced Business data analyst to join our partner in the Financial services industry. Indeed, they are Fintech in complete expansion offering a wide range of services supported by a larger group located in Brussels.

Your responsibilities:

·       You will work hand by hand a report directly with the Head of Operation

·       You will accurately analyze and collect data for various types of busines reports. You will use the data analysis process to understand, interpret and predict patterns in the business and use this data to help improve processes

·       You will create business reports that provide insight into key data points

·       You will develop, implement and maintain a robust and responsible approach to compliance with the latest regulations in force in terms of quantitative reporting

·       You will develop, implement and manage the various regulatory reporting process and controls from data queries to final reporting to authorities

Your profile:

·       An experience in data analysis (2-5 years of experience)

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge current process and develop recommendations for alternate solutions

·       Strong problem solving skills and able to translate and interpret large amounts of data

·       Proactive, with a constant desire to improve and learn

·       An experience in SQL and Power BI
