About the Role:
Business Development: You will be responsible for identifying and prospecting companies in specific sectors, establishing strong and lasting relationships with potential clients. You will develop business strategies to generate leads, open new opportunities, and close deals with clients.
Full Recruitment Cycle Management: As a 360° recruiter, you will manage the entire recruitment process—from acquiring new clients to talent search and finalizing contracts. You’ll be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, assessing skills, and ensuring follow-up throughout the recruitment process.
Network Development: You will strengthen and expand your personal client portfolio, becoming a key player in your field. You’ll nurture and solidify relationships with clients and candidates for the long term.
Needs Analysis: You will analyze and understand client and candidate expectations to offer them tailored solutions, ensuring both parties are fully satisfied with the process.
Negotiation and Closing: You will handle contract negotiations for recruitment, ensuring advantageous conditions for all parties and establishing solid collaboration agreements.
