Je bent als project manager verantwoordelijk voor het volledige traject vanaf het concept tot en met de oplevering.

Je bent als bouwheer verantwoordelijk voor de uitwerking van het aanbestedingsdossier, alsook de contractvorming met de algemene aannemer.

Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens het bouwproces, je stuurt alle partijen aan en je zoekt kostenbewust mee naar kwalitatieve oplossingen.


Je functie:

  • Begeleiding van de aanbestedingsprocedure
  • Organisatie van wedstrijden
  • Analyse van de offertes van aannemers
  • Advies aan de klant met betrekking tot het werk
  • Opstellen, onderhandelen en afsluiten van contracten met geselecteerde aannemers
  • Projectmanagement tijdens de uitvoering van het werk
  • Planning
  • Financiële opvolging
  • Kwaliteitscontrole van het werk
  • Deelname aan wekelijkse bouwvergaderingen


Je profiel:

  • Engineer of Architect
  • Je bent Nederlandstalig, met een goede kennis van Frans and English ;
  • Je hebt minstens 5 jaar ervaring opgedaan bij een projectontwikkelaar of aannemer ;
  • Je bezit de noodzakelijke vaardigheden op het gebied van projectmanagement en hebt een proactieve houding.
  • Je bent integer, nauwkeurig, gedreven en denkt probleemoplossend.
  • Je bent in staat om prioriteiten te stellen en past flexibel je aanpak aan op de uitdagingen die zich voordoen.
