Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour l’immobilier et souhaitez débuter votre carrière dans la gestion de copropriétés ? En tant que Property Manager, vous serez en charge de la gestion quotidienne d’un portefeuille de copropriétés. Votre mission sera de superviser les aspects financiers, techniques et administratifs des biens, tout en assurant une relation fluide avec les copropriétaires et les prestataires.

Vos responsabilités :
- Vous êtes le contact des propriétaires des EMV que vous avez en portefeuille et veillez à ce que l'EMV soit en bon état;
- Vous résoudrez les différents problèmes de construction de manière rapide et précise;
- Vous aurez une charge de travail variée: visites de sites, planification et suivi technique, préparation et animation d'assemblées générales, vérification des états annuels, communication avec les propriétaires et les fournisseurs;
- Vous effectuez les missions prévues dans l'acte de base et/ou le règlement de copropriété;
- Vous vous impliquez de manière proactive dans le suivi de votre portefeuille;
- Vous travaillez en équipe avec un comptable et vos collègues gestionnaires.

Diplôme : Bachelier en gestion immobilière, économie, ou autre domaine pertinent.

Expérience : Une première expérience ou un stage dans la gestion immobilière ou des copropriétés est un atout.

Compétences : Sens de l’organisation, bonne capacité à gérer plusieurs dossiers simultanément, et aptitude à communiquer efficacement.

Langues : Bonne maîtrise du français. Le Néerlandais est un plus.

Qualités personnelles : Proactif(ve), diplomate, rigoureux(se), et capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en étant encadré(e).
