Wat ga je doen?

Als Preventieadviseur speel je een cruciale rol in het waarborgen van een veilige werkomgeving binnen onze diverse projecten. Je bent regelmatig aanwezig op onze projectlocaties om risicoanalyses uit te voeren, medewerkers te adviseren en veiligheidsmaatregelen te implementeren. Dankzij jouw technische expertise ben je een aanspreekpunt voor zowel operationele teams als het management.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden

·       Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en het opstellen van preventieplannen.

·       Bezoeken van projectlocaties om veiligheidssituaties te evalueren en te verbeteren.

·       Adviseren van medewerkers en leidinggevenden over veiligheidsprocedures en wetgeving.

·       Organiseren van toolboxmeetings en andere veiligheidsopleidingen.

·       Toezien op de naleving van wettelijke en interne veiligheidsvoorschriften.

·       Rapporteren van incidenten en het opvolgen van corrigerende maatregelen.

Profiel:

·       Certificaat Preventieadviseur Niveau 2.

·       Sterke technische kennis, bij voorkeur in bouw, industrie of een gelijkaardige sector.

·       Minimaal 3 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.

·       Hands-on mentaliteit en bereidheid om vaak naar projectlocaties te reizen.
