En vue d'élargir ses activités et de renforcer son équipe juridique, pour un de nos partenaire dans le secteur Financier, nous sommes à la recherche d'un Juriste ayant de 1 à 2 ans d'expérience pour un poste en CDI.

Vous collaborerez étroitement avec les équipes opérationnelles et traiterez des questions juridiques sur la mise en place et l’exécution des transactions financières.


Vos responsabilités incluront :


  • Gérer au quotidien les affaires juridiques de l'entreprise, en coordination avec les partenaires internes (équipes opérationnelles, management) et externes (banques, cabinets d’avocats, investisseurs, clients),
  • Examiner, analyser, rédiger et négocier les contrats et autres documents concernant les opérations financières et juridiques où l'entreprise agit en tant qu'agent,
  • Organiser et suivre les assemblées générales des détenteurs d'instruments financiers,
  • Contribuer aux discussions sur les réglementations et lois affectant l'entreprise, tout en restant informé des nouveautés et en rapportant à votre supérieur les enjeux identifiés,
  • Gérer les aspects corporatifs de l’entreprise (secrétariat juridique, etc.),
  • Participer à des projets diversifiés ou connexes.


Ce descriptif de poste peut évoluer selon les besoins de l'entreprise.

Profil recherché :

  • Diplôme de niveau Master en droit bancaire ou financier,
  • 1 à 2 ans d'expérience dans un environnement juridique pertinent (cabinets d'avocats, banques, conseil en finance d'entreprise, investissement),
  • Compétence en Microsoft Office et aptitudes rédactionnelles en français,
  • Excellente maîtrise de l'anglais, expérience professionnelle en anglais souhaitée,
  • La connaissance d'autres langues serait un plus.
