Voor onze afdeling logistiek & supply chain zoeken we vandaag een inventory officer voor de regio Tessenderlo.


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden zijn:


  • Je behandelt & corrigeert voorraadverschillen en gaat op zoek naar de oorzaak van die verschillen.
  • Je behandelt de lost & found stock.
  • Je voert periodieke stocktellingen uit, analyseert de verschillen en boekt de correcties in.
  • Daarnaast voer je diverse specifieke voorraadcontroles uit zoals beschreven in de special requirements of gevraagd door andere afdelingen.
  • Je analyseert schadegevallen en koppelt daar verbetervoorstellen aan.
  • Je staat in voor de coördinatie van recalls (terugroepingen).
  • In het kader van destructies maak je voorstellen voor klanten, bereid je alles voor op basis van stocklijsten, coördineer je de ophaling en zorg je voor de administratieve verwerking achteraf.
  • Je staat in voor de opleiding van nieuwe operatoren van bepaalde machines (Depal, clearing station, dekselmachine, label machine) en je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt bij vragen hierover.
  • Je werkt mee aan optimalisatieprojecten en stelt proactief verbeteringen voor (o.a. om beschadigingen te voorkomen en de voorraadaccuraatheid te verhogen).
  • Hiervoor werk je ook nauw samen met andere afdelingen van het magazijn maar ook met de ondersteunende afdelingen zoals Quality Assurance en Customer Service.
  • In samenspraak met de teamcoach, werk je procedures en werkinstructies uit.

Je ideale achtergrond:


  • Je werkt erg nauwkeurig, hebt een zeer goede kennis van WMS en het MS office pakket.
  • Met jouw analytische geest los je niet enkel de problemen op, maar voorkom je ze ook.
  • Je hebt een georganiseerde, nauwkeurige en hands-on manier van werken, mét aandacht voor veiligheid en correctheid.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk en je bent het gewoon om met collega’s van andere afdelingen te overleggen.
  • Uitdagingen halen het beste in jou naar boven.
  • Je bent flexibel; past je makkelijk aan aan wisselende omstandigheden.
