Functie omschrijving:

Als HR Business Partner vervul je een centrale rol voor zowel arbeiders als bedienden binnen jouw afdeling en regio. Hier is een gestroomlijnd overzicht van je taken:


  • Je stemt regelmatig af met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken om de strategie te bepalen voor het behalen van doelstellingen, rekening houdend met de specifieke behoeften en gevoeligheden van de business.
  • Je vertaalt het overkoepelende HR-beleid naar concrete acties voor jouw afdeling en regio.
  • Als vertrouwenspersoon ben je er voor het personeel in jouw regio, waarbij je bemiddelt om retentie te bevorderen en welzijn te waarborgen.
  • Samen met de afdelingsverantwoordelijken voer je jaarlijkse functioneringsgesprekken.
  • Je bent nauw betrokken bij het selectie- en rekruteringsproces, in samenwerking met de 'business' en de centrale HR-dienst rekrutering.
  • Je zorgt voor een vlotte integratie van nieuwe collega's binnen de afdeling, voert opvolgings- en exitgesprekken.
  • Je signaleert opleidingsbehoeften en stemt af met de verantwoordelijke Learning & Talent Development voor passende opleidingsmogelijkheden.
  • Je houdt een vinger aan de pols bij payroll dossiers en hebt nauw contact met de loondienst specialisten.
  • Je draagt bij aan diverse HR-projecten en communiceert beleidsbeslissingen op groepsniveau.

Dit ben jij:


  • Minimaal een Professionele bachelor in een HR-gerelateerde opleiding of gelijkwaardig door ten minste 5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Specifieke HR-vaardigheden zoals rekrutering, talentmanagement, coaching, kennis van sociale wetgeving en personeelsadministratie zijn jou niet vreemd.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met digitale tools voor HR-management, rekrutering, payroll, enzovoort.
  • Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
  • Communicatief sterk en in staat om effectief samen te werken met verschillende partijen binnen de organisatie (arbeiders, bedienden, afdelingsverantwoordelijken).
  • Je bent enthousiast, toegankelijk, hulpvaardig en gericht op oplossingen.
  • Je werkt gedetailleerd en nauwkeurig.
