Ben jij een financiële expert met een passie voor vastgoed en investeringsfondsen? Heb je minstens 5 jaar ervaring in financiële rapportage en ben je klaar voor de volgende stap in jouw carrière? Dan is deze functie als Fund Controller perfect voor jou!


Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Verantwoordelijk voor de financiële rapportage van investeringsfondsen.
  • Beheer van de boekhouding en nauwkeurige controle van de fondsen.
  • Opstellen en analyseren van periodieke financiële rapporten.
  • Coördineren van de externe audits en zorgen voor naleving van de regelgeving.
  • Assisteren bij het opstellen van budgetten en forecasts voor vastgoedprojecten.
  • Samenwerken met diverse teams zoals asset managers en juridische afdelingen.
  • Optimalisatie van interne processen en systemen.


Jouw profiel:


  • Minstens 5 jaar ervaring in financiële rapportage, bij voorkeur binnen de vastgoed- of investeringsfondsenomgeving.
  • Uitstekende kennis van financiële en fiscale regelgeving.
  • Sterk analytisch vermogen en oog voor detail.
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen en financiële software.
  • Zelfstandig, proactief en communicatief vaardig.
  • Vlotte kennis van zowel Nederlands als Engels.
