Wat ga je doen

In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de installatie, onderhoud en troubleshooting van gespecialiseerde meetinstrumentatie en analyzers. Je biedt technische ondersteuning en advies aan klanten en draagt bij aan duurzame oplossingen binnen verschillende industrieën.

  • Installeren en inbedrijfstellen van geavanceerde apparatuur bij klanten.
  • Ondersteunen van klanten bij technische vraagstukken, zowel op locatie als op afstand.
  • Geven van technische training en advies aan klanten over onderhoud en bediening.
  • Onderhouden en ontwikkelen van sterke klantrelaties door maatwerk oplossingen te bieden.
  • Uitvoeren en coördineren van specialistische projecten, inclusief planning en mijlpaalbewaking.
  • Oplossen van eenvoudige storingen en preventieve aanbevelingen doen.
  • Signaleren van mogelijkheden voor nieuwe service-applicaties en verbeteringen.

Soft skills

  • Klantgerichtheid: Je begrijpt en anticipeert op de behoeften van de klant.
  • Probleemoplossend vermogen: Je kunt snel en efficiënt technische problemen identificeren en oplossen.
  • Communicatievaardigheden: Je bent helder en overtuigend in je communicatie met klanten en collega's.

Hard skills

  • Technische kennis van meetinstrumenten en analyzers: Ervaring met installatie en onderhoud van industriële apparatuur.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Goede beheersing van het Nederlands en Engels; Frans is een pluspunt.
  • Projectmanagementvaardigheden: Ervaring met het coördineren en uitvoeren van specialistische projecten.
