Wij zijn een toonaangevend administratiekantoor met een dynamisch team van ongeveer 60 medewerkers, gevestigd in Brasschaat. Wij staan bekend om onze uitgebreide dienstverlening, variërend van het afhandelen van alle opstartformaliteiten voor bedrijfsactiviteiten (zoals vergunningen, inschrijvingen, registratienummers, enz.) tot een volledige administratieve, sociale, fiscale en juridische ondersteuning op maat van onze klanten. Onze klantenkring omvat KMO-ondernemingen, buitenlandse ondernemers met activiteiten in België, vrije beroepsbeoefenaars en particulieren. Wij hechten grote waarde aan hoogwaardige dienstverlening, duidelijke communicatie, persoonlijke aandacht voor onze cliënten en korte communicatielijnen. Dit zijn de pijlers van ons succesvol kantoor.


Wij zijn op zoek naar een gedreven Dossierbeheerder (m/v) om ons bestaande accountancy-team te versterken. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor de afronding van jouw dossiers. Je beheert de dagelijkse operationele boekhouding van diverse cliënten. Afhankelijk van jouw achtergrond en ervaring ben je betrokken bij het verwerken van boekhouding, btw-aangiften en tussentijdse- en jaarafsluitingen. Hier krijg je de kans om zowel op commercieel als inhoudelijk vlak te groeien. Je bouwt langdurige relaties op met een gevarieerde cliëntenportefeuille en fungeert als hun vertrouwenspersoon.

Daarnaast draag je bij aan de begeleiding van junior boekhouders, met als doel ons team zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten functioneren.

  • Je beschikt over een hoger diploma in een financieel-economische richting en bij voorkeur enige ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie.
  • Als resultaatgerichte professional hecht je veel waarde aan nauwkeurigheid en efficiëntie, en je bent in staat om zelfstandig te werken.
  • Je blinkt uit in communicatie, bent klantgericht, stressbestendig en flexibel.
