Onze klant, internationaal actief in de logistiek, zoekt een ervaren Customs Analyst om zich verder te verdiepen in de complexe wereld van douane gerelateerde zaken.


  • Je werkt je in in douanegerelateerde topics en zet deze om naar operationeel werkbare systemen. Je neemt het voortouw in het voorstellen, uitwerken en opleveren van projecten.
  • Je bijt je vast in douanetopics/problemen en werkt alternatieven uit die je kan voorleggen aan andere interne afdelingen en klanten.
  • Je adviseert en begeleidt klanten bij douanegerelateerde topics.
  • Je vertaalt noden en verwachtingen van de klanten naar operationele werkbare systemen. Hiervoor werk je projecten uit waarbij je samenwerkt met collega’s uit de verschillende afdelingen.
  • Je biedt ondersteuning aan je collega’s van je eigen afdeling en van andere interne departementen.
  • Je springt operationeel bij zodat je steeds op de hoogte bent van de werking en taken binnen het douanedepartement.
  • Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid om vanuit de ITA-afdeling een waardevolle bijdrage te leveren aan de realisatie en oplevering van projecten.
  • Je beschikt over een bachelor diploma of bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
  • Je hebt een eerste werkervaring achter de rug binnen de logistieke sector.
  • Je kent de douanetechnische termen
  • Je bent sterk in analyses en kan vlot rapporten maken
  • Je beschikt over een heldere communicatiestijl met de nodige assertiviteit.
  • je bent oplossingsgericht, pro-actief en resultaatsgericht.
  • je bent vloeiend in het Nederlands/Engels, Frans is een enorm pluspunt.
