À propos du rôle :


  • Business development : Vous serez chargé d’identifier et de prospecter des entreprises dans des secteurs spécifiques, en établissant des relations solides et durables avec des clients potentiels. Vous élaborerez des stratégies commerciales pour générer des leads, ouvrir de nouvelles opportunités, et conclure des accords avec des clients.
  • Gestion du cycle de recrutement : En tant que recruteur 360°, vous gérerez l’ensemble du processus de recrutement, de l’acquisition de nouveaux clients à la recherche de talents, jusqu’à la conclusion des contrats. Vous serez responsable de sourcer des candidats, de mener des entretiens, d’évaluer les compétences et d'assurer le suivi tout au long du processus de recrutement.
  • Développement de réseau : Vous renforcerez et agrandirez votre portfolio client personnel, devenant un acteur incontournable dans votre domaine. Vous entretiendrez et consoliderez les relations avec vos clients et candidats à long terme.
  • Analyse des besoins : Vous vous chargerez d’analyser et de comprendre les attentes des clients et des candidats, afin de leur proposer des solutions adaptées, en veillant à ce que les deux parties soient pleinement satisfaites du processus.
  • Négociation et conclusion : Vous serez en charge de négocier les termes des contrats de recrutement, garantissant des conditions avantageuses pour toutes les parties, et conclurez des accords de collaboration solides.


Qualifications :


  • Vous justifiez d'une expérience réussie dans le recrutement 360° ou dans le sales avec une solide capacité à gérer des relations clients et/ou candidats.
  • Vous êtes orienté(e) résultats et savez gérer vos missions de manière autonome, tout en maintenant un niveau élevé de performance.
  • Vous avez d'excellentes compétences en communication et en networking.
  • Vous maîtrisez le français et êtes à l’aise en anglais pour échanger avec des clients et collègues à l’international.
