Wij zoeken voor onze klant een ervaren Calculator/Verkoper om hun team te versterken in Lommel. In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het hele proces van offerte tot opdrachtbevestiging. Jouw focus ligt op de technische én commerciële kant van de bouwsector, waarbij jouw communicatie- en onderhandelingsvaardigheden essentieel zijn.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Offertes opstellen en opvolgen: Je analyseert de behoeften van de klant en stelt gedetailleerde calculaties en offertes op.
  • Klantencontact onderhouden: Met jouw enthousiasme en commerciële flair weet je klanten te overtuigen en langdurige relaties op te bouwen.
  • Samenwerken met interne teams: Je werkt nauw samen met projectmanagers en het uitvoerende team om de klant een optimale oplossing te bieden.
  • Prijzen onderhandelen en afsluiten: Jij kent de markt en weet altijd scherpe, maar haalbare deals af te sluiten.
