Actif dans la construction et l'entretien d'infrastructures, mon client est actuellement à la recherche de son prochain Chef du Service sécurité. Au sein du département QHSE, vous collaborez sous la direction du Manager avec le Chef du Service Qualité et le Chef du Service Environnement.

Les principales fonctions incluent:

La supervision de l'exécution des tâches légales.
Le maintien d'un lien actif entre la direction et les équipes
La management et la formation de l'équipe de conseillers en prévention
L'établissement et la réalisation des objectifs du service
L'organisation, la gestion et la validation du travail de l'équipe
L'initiation et la mise en œuvre de projets
La synthèse des dossiers sensibles avec mise à disposition de l'expertise
L'élaboration et la mise en place de plans d'action
La préparation des budgets
La représentation du service et/ou du directeur lors des réunions
L'évaluation régulière des collègues avec rapport au supérieur hiérarchique
La gestion de la documentation liée au fonctionnement du service.


Vous êtes ingénieur (ou équivalent) avec une bonne connaissance du milieu industriel et/ou de la construction.

Vous êtes en possession de l'attestation de Conseiller en prévention Niveau 1.

Vous êtes bilingue Néerlandais/Français.

Vous avez une expérience d'au moins 10 ans en tant que conseiller en prévention ainsi qu'une expérience probante en gestion d'équipe.

Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la législation belge relative au bien-être au travail.

Vous êtes résistant au stress, rigoureux et éthique.
