Gentis est une entreprise belge de recrutement basée à Bruxelles et Paris , fournissant des solutions de recrutement permanent ainsi que des solutions de sourcing de projets à l'échelle mondiale dans divers secteurs. Notre client est acteur majeur du secteur banquaire qui est à la recherche d'un analyste conformité expérimenté pour renforcer l'équipe en place.


Description du poste :

  • Participer à la définition de la norme de conformité LCB FT
  • Participer à la veille réglementaire
  • Participer à l'animation de la filière conformité en lien avec les directions opérationnelles de l'Etablissement public, le département coordination filiales du pôle et les correspondants des filiales
  • Participer à la rédaction des reporting (RACI, reporting trimestriel etc.) sur le pilotage de la conformité
  • Participer à la mission d'appui aux mandataires CDC dans le cadre des comités et des conseils d'administration

Le profil recherché:

  • Min. 3 ans d'expérience dans les métiers du contrôle, des risques, ou de la conformité.
  • Formation supérieure Bac+5 en conformité ou banque/finance, complétée d'une expérience en matière de conformité LCB FT.
  • Bonne connaissance de l'environnement bancaire et assurantiel
  • Compétences indispensables/mises en œuvre :
    • Pratiques de performance opérationnelle et d'optimisation de processus
    • Compétences en matière de pilotage de projet
    • Compétences informatiques avérées
    • Qualités d'analyse et de synthèse, complétées d'une bonne aptitude rédactionnelle
    • Excellent sens relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe, en réseau et en mode projet
  • Capacité à identifier les enjeux en matière de risque de non-conformité LCB FT et à proposer des évolutions sur les dispositifs
