Onze klant is multinationale marktleider op vlak van Klasse 8 projecten. Ze specialiseren zich in residentiële en commerciële projecten. Door hun positie in de markt hebben ze veel vaste klanten die steeds terugkomen voor nieuwe projecten. Hierdoor kan je voornamelijk focussen op het onderhouden van deze klanten en dit aanvullen met prospectie. Er heerst een familiale cultuur waar zelfstandigheid en vrijheid centraal staan. Ze krijg je de flexibiliteit om je agenda zelf in te vullen en kan je dus ook van thuis uit werken zoveel je zelf wilt. Twee keer per maand is er wel een verplichte salesmeeting maar deze kan ook via Teams gevolgd worden.


Verantwoordelijkheden

  • Het onderhouden van een netwerk van Architecten, Bouwpromotoren, Studiebureaus, ...
  • Actief het klantenbestand uitwerken door gerichte prospectie.
  • Je bent de brug tussen de klant en de projectleiders, werfleiders en andere technische collega's.
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van de klant en geeft advies op maat.

Profiel

  • Je hebt al 5 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie.
  • Technische ervaring in de projectwereld is een grote plus.
  • Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands. Frans is een grote plus.
  • Je bent commercieel ingesteld en je kan zelfstandig werken.
