Gentis, een internationaal werving- en selectiebureau met expertise in diverse sectoren, zoekt voor een toonaangevend bedrijf een Head of Accounting met ambitie om door te groeien naar Finance Manager.


Jouw Verantwoordelijkheden:


  • Beheer van de volledige boekhouding
  • Opstellen en analyseren van financiële rapportages
  • Maand-, kwartaal- en jaarafsluitingen verzorgen
  • Voorbereiden van budgetten en forecasts
  • Optimaliseren van financiële processen
  • Coachen van het accounting team
  • Samenwerken met auditors en belastingadviseurs
  • Implementeren van nieuwe financiële systemen
  • Beheren van financiële risico’s


Jouw Profiel:


  • Bachelor of Master in Accountancy/Finance
  • Minimaal 5 jaar relevante ervaring
  • Sterke kennis van boekhoudprincipes en financiële wetgeving
  • Ervaring met ERP-systemen (bij voorkeur SAP)
  • Vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels
  • Leiderschapskwaliteiten en ambitie om verder te groeien
