Bedrijfsomschrijving

Dit bedrijf is net zoals Apple gestart vanuit een garage waar ze laptops en computers repareerde. Ondertussen zijn ze al goed gegroeid en hebben ze de afgelopen jaren meerdere acquisities gedaan.

Ze zijn gevestigd in Gent maar hebben ook kantoren in Leuven en Roeselare.

Ze bieden oplossingen op vlak van cloud, infrastructuur & security en managed services.

Jouw functie

Om de groei van het bedrijf verder te ondersteunen zijn ze op zoek naar een accountmanager voor het sales team. De hoofdfocus hier ligt op het onderhouden van bestaande klanten, daarnaast wordt er een klein stukje prospectie en business development verwacht.

  • Daarnaast ga je ook samen met de interne teams te werk om zo een goede service te kunnen bieden aan de klanten.
  • Je onderhoudt bestaande klanten en zorgt ervoor de je de noden kan identificeren en juiste oplossingen kan aanbieden.
  • Je gaat zelfstandig te werk en kan meerdere klanten een full service bieden.
  • Rapporteren en juist invoegen van administratie in het interne systeem van ITAF hoort er natuurlijk ook bij.

Jouw profiel

Voor de positie van Accountmanager zijn ze op zoek naar een iemand met al sales ervaring die snel kan opstarten.

  • Kennis van netwerken en andere software oplossingen
  • 3 tot 5 jaar relevante ervaring in de IT industrie
  • Iemand die accuraat te werk kan gaan en naast op de baan te zijn, ook de administratie kan bijvullen.
  • Goed voorkomen en correct taalgebruik
  • Een energiek persoon met zelfvertrouwen
