Nous recherchons un architecte talentueux pour rejoindre notre équipe dynamique dans le secteur de l'immobilier. Le candidat idéal aura une passion pour la conception innovante et sera capable de travailler sur divers projets allant de l'étude de faisabilité à la rénovation. Vous serez responsable de la création de plans architecturaux et de la collaboration avec les clients pour comprendre leurs besoins.

Le candidat doit avoir une solide expérience dans l'utilisation de logiciels de conception tels qu'Autocad et Archicad, ainsi qu'une bonne compréhension des réglementations en matière de construction. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec d'autres professionnels du secteur, y compris des ingénieurs et des entrepreneurs, pour assurer le succès de chaque projet.

Différentes tâches : 
Suivi de travaux
Dessins, plans d'avant-projet, esquisses, 3D, études de faisabilité
Pas d'introduction de permis --> Architecte externe

Le candidat idéal doit posséder un diplôme en architecture et avoir une expérience pertinente dans le domaine. Une maîtrise des logiciels Autocad et Archicad est essentielle, tout comme une bonne connaissance des langues française et néerlandaise. Vous devez être capable de travailler de manière autonome tout en étant un joueur d'équipe efficace.
