Als Business Controller ben je verantwoordelijk voor het analyseren en rapporteren van financiële gegevens om de besluitvorming binnen de organisatie te ondersteunen. Je werkt nauw samen met verschillende afdelingen om inzicht te krijgen in de financiële prestaties en om strategische aanbevelingen te doen. Je zult verantwoordelijk zijn voor het opstellen van budgetten, forecasts en financiële analyses. Daarnaast ben je betrokken bij het verbeteren van processen en systemen om de efficiëntie te verhogen.

Je hebt een sterke focus op data-analyse en rapportage, en je gebruikt tools zoals Excel en Power BI om waardevolle inzichten te genereren. Je bent in staat om complexe financiële informatie te vertalen naar begrijpelijke rapportages voor het management. Je werkt in een dynamische omgeving waar je je analytische vaardigheden kunt inzetten om bij te dragen aan de groei en ontwikkeling van de organisatie.

De ideale kandidaat heeft een relevante financiële opleiding en enkele jaren ervaring in een vergelijkbare rol. Je hebt uitstekende vaardigheden in Excel en Power BI, en je bent in staat om data te analyseren en te interpreteren. Je bent communicatief sterk en kunt goed samenwerken met verschillende teams binnen de organisatie.
