Als servicetechnieker buitendienst werk je aan het onderhoud, inspectie en installatie van beveiligingssystemen tegen explosies en brand binnen de procesindustrie. Je levert hoogwaardige service om incidenten te voorkomen en klanten te beschermen tegen de risico’s van gas- en stofexplosies.

  • Uitvoeren van geplande inspecties en preventief onderhoud volgens gedetailleerde checklijsten.
  • Advies geven aan klanten over de staat van installaties en suggesties doen voor verbeteringen.
  • Documenteren en rapporteren na elke klantinterventie, met oog voor detail en volledigheid.
  • Herstellen van storingen en uitvoeren van correctief onderhoud om systemen veilig operationeel te houden.
  • Installeren en in bedrijf stellen van nieuwe projecten, inclusief instructies en training aan klantpersoneel.
  • Verwerken van technische administratie zoals het bijwerken van checklijsten en het voorbereiden van projecten.
  • Actief bijdragen aan de interne productieafdeling wanneer niet op locatie.

Soft skills

  • Veiligheidsbewustzijn: Je voert elke taak uit volgens strikte veiligheidsprocedures.
  • Autonoom werken: Je werkt zelfstandig, maar weet wanneer je moet escaleren.
  • Klantgerichtheid: Met een commerciële insteek zorg je voor een positieve klantenervaring.

Hard skills

  • Technische kennis van industriële beveiligingssystemen en ervaring in de buitendienst.
  • Taalvaardigheid: Vloeiend in Nederlands en comfortabel in het Frans.
  • Rapportagevaardigheden: Ervaring met Word en Excel voor het opstellen van technische rapporten.
